01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "phhw," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the phhw online gaming platform operating at phhw.net, licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the phhw platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player following successful registration and KYC verification on phhw.
• "Platform" refers to the phhw website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services, games, and features accessible at phhw.net.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within your phhw Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱), from which wagers are deducted and into which winnings are credited.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or match deposit bonus credited to your Account by phhw that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player using GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or any other accepted payment method that are immediately available for wagering and withdrawal (subject to verification).
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that authorizes and supervises online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phhw Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the phhw Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between you and phhw with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

03 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the phhw Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. You represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

phhw is operated under PAGCOR authorization and is intended for players located within the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the phhw Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. phhw makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for access or use in any location outside the Philippines.

3.3 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to open or maintain a phhw Account:

• Employees, contractors, agents, or directors of phhw or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or game providers.
• Immediate family members of the above (spouse, parent, sibling, or child).
• Individuals who have been self-excluded from phhw or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• Individuals who have been excluded by order of PAGCOR or any competent Philippine government authority.
• Individuals who are residents of or located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

04 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money features of the phhw Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as required. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active phhw Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or personal details — is strictly prohibited. phhw employs technical and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phhw reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void all bonuses and winnings generated therein.

4.3 KYC Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), phhw requires all players to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include:

• Philippine Passport
• SSS Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• PhilSys National ID
• Driver's License issued by LTO
• PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC

phhw reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for enhanced due diligence purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phhw login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phhw will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You agree to notify phhw immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phhw accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (via payment kiosk), USDT (Tether), and Coins.ph. Payment method availability may change without advance notice.

5.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits are detailed in the phhw Cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method and account verification status.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within three (3) minutes to two (2) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. phhw reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or enhanced due diligence reviews.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the phhw Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Any resulting exchange rate differences are the Player's responsibility.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

phhw offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Bonuses that do not carry a stated expiry date shall expire thirty (30) calendar days from the date of crediting.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be specified in the promotion terms for each individual offer.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

phhw actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies to reduce risk on bonus wagers, or any other activity that phhw determines, in its reasonable discretion, constitutes exploitation of promotional offers. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus balances and associated winnings voided and may be subject to Account closure.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

phhw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to its modification or withdrawal will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in.

07 Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game offered on the phhw Platform has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. phhw accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

7.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault during a game round, phhw reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the wagered amount to the Player's Wallet. No claim shall arise against phhw for any loss of winnings alleged to have resulted from a technical malfunction. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7.3 Disconnection Policy

phhw is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection, power failure, or any other technical disruption outside phhw's control that interrupts a game round. Where phhw's systems record a completed game result prior to disconnection, that result shall stand.

7.4 Return to Player (RTP)

The theoretical return-to-player percentage for each game is published within the game's information panel. RTP figures are calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session results. Past game outcomes have no bearing on future results, as all games use certified independent RNG systems.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phhw Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one phhw Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest conduct.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phhw staff or other players via any communication channel.

09 Responsible Gaming

phhw is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Filipino player base. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phhw Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the minimum period selected.
• Reality Check: Enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying your current session duration and net wagering activity.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the phhw Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, sound recordings, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of phhw or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for any commercial purpose without phhw's prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phhw, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform.
• Technical errors, malfunctions, or failures of third-party payment systems.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

phhw's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits phhw's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by phhw

phhw reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms and Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering; receipt of a regulatory directive from PAGCOR or any competent authority; or any other reason phhw deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

12.2 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Wallet (after deduction of applicable fees and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon Account closure for cause.

12.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting phhw support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, during which time any pending wagers will be settled in the normal course. Any remaining verified Real Money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the phhw Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact phhw's support team to attempt an informal resolution of any dispute. phhw will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute notices within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. Disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated activities may be escalated to PAGCOR through its established regulatory complaint channels.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phhw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — phhw will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice by email to your registered address and by posting a notice on the Platform.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or additions required by PAGCOR regulatory updates) may take effect immediately upon posting without advance notice. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the phhw Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
